YAIMA NAVARRO – PIANO

Navarro began her musical education at the Conservatorio de Música Manuel Saumell in Havana.

In 2000, she joined the show at the Cabaret Tropicana de Cuba as a pianist. That same year, she graduated from The Instituto Superior de Artes de la Habana Cuba.

Yaima has performed toured and recorded with many esteemed musicians, composers and songwriters: Orquesta “Conexión Salsera”, directed by Nicolás Sirgado; Cuban jazz group Cuban Conexión also directed by Nicolás Sirgado; Luis Frank Arias “El Macry” on various tours and recordings with the CD “Cuba Total” being one of the highlights; Rogelio Nápoles; Orquesta Termidor; Cesar Pedroso;  Emilio Morales; and many others.
